A modern villa in the exclusive development of Isla Blanca, Casa Anna has been refurbished to a high standard with a modern well-equipped kitchen and stylish living area. Three of the bedrooms have sea views.

Relax by the infinity edge pool, enjoy dinner on the terrace as the sun sets over the cliffs and sea, or explore the small uncrowded coves and beaches that are within easy reach.

Cala Benirras, which regularly features in The Guardian’s top tips for Ibiza, is only a 15-minute drive and the shops and clubs of Ibiza are only a 25-minute drive away. Or try an autumn or spring break. The house has central heating, a log fire and lovely rural and coastal walks.

This is THE place for sunsets - breathtaking view, lovely pool and nice villa. I wish i could share my photos of the sunsets we saw every night from the enormous rooftop of the villa. This is a wonderful location with a lovely pool and outside area. An amazing place to have dinner outside at the big dining table. The living area and kitchen are lovely too and 3 of the rooms look out at the same incredible view...

The villa is perfectly situated, walking distance from a stunning "secret" beach. Casa Anna is beautifully presented with attention to detail and thoughtful touches. Spotlessly clean with a generous supply of plates, glasses, utensils etc. The infinity pool, with its sea view, is even more incredible to experience than the pictures show. The space is generous both inside and out and you would struggle not to feel completely relaxed and in holiday mode as soon as you arrive...

About the owners

We are David and Annabel Stacey. Casa Anna has been in the Stacey family for over 30 years, ever since David’s father fell in love with Ibiza – and the view from the house!

David and I love coming to Ibiza, as do our two grown-up children and their friends: swimming in the pool and the sea, taking a pedalo out to the rock at Benirras beach, eating in all the fantastic restaurants on the island.

The house is perfect for family holidays. The children can jump in and out of the pool all day while the adults can relax in the peace of the beautiful countryside, enjoying the sun and the sea view.

There are fantastic beaches like Benirras a short drive away, and hidden coves below the house if you want a more deserted scene. Just down the road is Can Suleyetas, one of the most atmospheric local restaurant/bars on the island.

Location

The coast and the beach

Easy access to beaches with stunning Cala Benirràs only 15 minutes drive away, Puerto San Miguel is 10 minutes drive away. It is also possible to walk down to the beautiful Es Portixol bay and the other rocky coves below the house.

Distances

25 minutes from Ibiza town, the villa is about 8 minutes’ drive from Sant Miguel, and 15 minutes from Santa Gertrudis. Sant Miguel has two small supermarkets, one with an excellent butcher. 1.5km away is Can Suleyetas restaurant and bar which is a popular meeting place for locals and holiday makers.

Getting around

Hiring a car is highly recommended as the house is a 40-minute walk to the nearest shops.
